We work with logistics companies such as Yanwen to deliver parcels to your country's port. Then, depending on the post office in your country, DHL, FEDEX or other logistics companies may be responsible for delivering the parcel to you.

We handle parcels from all over the world and you can usually order direct. However, there may be additional circumstances, such as some remote countries we can not handle your parcel; some remote areas may require additional shipping costs, then we will contact you by email, otherwise your parcel will be sent by us directly to your hands.


1. Choose products on our main website ( and create your order (without payment).
2. Proceed to our secondary website() and create an order with the same total amount as your order on the main website.
3. Make the payment for your order on the secondary website to complete the process.
4. Once we confirm your order on the secondary website, we will synchronize the confirmation of your order on the main website.
5. You will receive a confirmation email promptly. Further emails containing order verification and package tracking numbers will be sent to you as usual.

If you have purchased a block set, we offer one free refill per order, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp Group or email.

If you receive the wrong product, please take a photo at the first time and contact our customer service service. Usually a new parcel will be re-sent to you or a refund will be processed directly.
